Where Art and "OL" Meet God......
From the age of six, "OL" was making the toys that he played with. Over and over he would make things or design something, never realizing that it was art. He made beautiful pieces and gave them away. He made loads of pottery, gorgeous ceramic pieces and gave them away as well. He had no idea that he was creating a vision that would someday make him one of the most talented folk artist in the world today. In 1979 he fell out of a tree that caused him to become paralyzed for over three years. He became anew with God again and God opened the path of light that "OL" never turned back from. He was discovered and is now in history books, encyclopedias, dissertations, documentaries, movies, Smithsonian Art Museum, Arkansas Art Museum, The White House, House of Blues@DisneyWorld, YouTube, The Outsiders Art Gallery(CT), Athens Museum of Art (GA), Albany Museum of Art (GA), Colquitt County Arts Center (Moultrie, GA), Appleton Museum (Ocala, FL) and so many private collections.
